Delivery

 

 

• Following completion of a transaction, some products may take up to 21 days for dispatch. This is due to some products being prepared upon order, or requiring final finishes to ensure quality and the professional presentation I pride myself on. Some prints are produced to order.

• Upon confirmation of order an estimation of delivery time will be provided. However in the event of a delay outside of our control we are not liable.

 

Returns

 

 

• In the unfortunate event you wish to return a product to us please contact us direct. Returns are accepted with 14 days of receipt of goods, so long as they are returned unused in their original packaging and returned at consumers expense.

• Commissions are non refundable.

• Exchanges can be arranged upon request if items are returned in original condition.

• In the unlikely event something should arrive faulty or damaged please contact me immediately to resolve this issue by emailing tracey.walder@yahoo.co.uk
